Fixed Safe-zone

Fixed training: now you will recieve 10~30 per level, and recieve the most from the training dummy you train on: Eg if you train on attack dummy you will recieve more attack then rei or defense

Attack will be fixed
Aizens shikai
Looking to add more stuff for hollows to balance it out
Also were looking to move towards icon replacement
