ok the effect of the shikai is bugged or not coded right.. its different from the forum guide. the freezing effect only last for about 1.5 to 2 seconds and the bankai does nothing plus they dont give any kind of boost what so ever, not even the bankai gives one..

It would be great if the shikai had the freeze time of toushiro's dragon cuz i think rukia's might be too long and the bankai gave u rukia's freeze time plus maybe a 1.5x boost just giving ideas that arent outrageous or hard
